Advice Letter

Dear Romeo,
It is with my best interest that I strongly advise you to not get married to Juliet right away. First of all,  you need to give it some time. You were just obsessing over rosaline and you need to take a step back to make sure what you feel is really love and not just trying to find a replacement. Is Juliet really the person you want to spend the rest of your life with? She may be pretty and fun to be around but you need to start thinking long term or things could end badly. My opinion is take a step back. Consider the consequences of marrying a Capulet, your long despised enemy. Not only would you be putting yourself in danger but you would be putting Juliet in great danger as well. Even if the wedding works out, after you get married what do you think will happen? There will surely be consequences to your imperfect plan. You need to rethink and reconsider what you are planning on doing. One day of happiness and love does not equal a lifetime of romance.

Your Friend,
Kate

  1. I really like how you asked questions in the letter because if Romeo was to read it, he would have to question what he's doing. Good job!
